Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn and in its original packaging

• All diamonds and parts must be intact and match the original product sent

Returns must be approved and inspected before any refund is issued.

Inspection

All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure the integrity of the product. If any signs of wear, damage, or tampering (including stone replacement) are found, the return will be denied.

Refunds

Once your return is received and passes inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on original orders. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
