What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not currently offer any “Buy Now, Pay Later” options.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Please email us immediately at krajewels@gmail.com if you need assistance.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all Kraj Jewels orders come with free shipping.

How long does delivery take?
Processing and handling takes 10–14 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally upon request. Please contact us before placing an international order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Products must be unworn, in original packaging, and pass inspection to be eligible.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Are your diamonds real?
Yes, all of our diamonds are real. We primarily provide lab-grown diamonds, unless otherwise specified. Natural diamonds are available upon request.

Do you provide certification?
Yes. If the main diamond(s) in your piece are above 1 carat, you will receive an IGI or GIA certification number with your order.

Is your gold real?
Yes — we use 100% real gold in all of our jewelry. There is no gold plating. All pieces are offered in 14k or 18k gold, with platinum available upon request.

Where are your products made?
Our jewelry is produced through a trusted supply chain connected to our legacy diamond business, ensuring high quality and expert craftsmanship.

Do you offer custom jewelry?
At this time, we do not offer custom or personalized jewelry. Stay tuned for future announcements.

Can I request a specific design or alteration?
Currently, we only sell our ready-to-ship collection. Custom requests are not being accepted.
